What is the lump coming out during pooping?

Hi, my 1 & half year old toddler, when she had a poo-poo just this morning, I saw a pea-size lump that came out in her anus. I pushed it a little bit inward to get it back inside. I also noticed that her anal lining seems like a little bit swollen. Past 2wks, she had a couple of hard stools with little blood on it. She seems look fine except for a frequent vomiting lately. Is there something I need to worry? Hope someone could help me. Thanks

Hi. Thanks for asking. In my opinion it seems to be a rectal polyp. This may be reason for the blood stained stools. You must treat her constipation, as constipation will worsen this condition. Also you must take a surgical opinion as to need regarding surgical intervention which seems less likely in absence of excessive bleeding.
