What Is The Life Expectancy When Diagnosed With Mitral Valve Regurgitation?

I have a condition of leaking mitral heart valve that cannot be operated on due to my extreme COPD. What is the life expectancy of someone who is quite overweight with this heart condition, high blood pressure, state 3.5 kidney disease, and diabetic? I am on hospice at this time and have had a very bad episode of extreme chest pain and pain in both jaws. Hospice nurse came and eased my pain.
