I have a problem that has been occurring over time. I have noticed that the bone behind my ear has developed a hard painless lump. My ear is often extremely itchy, leaks a creamy white discharge and creates a white flakey soft tissue around the ear canal

the lump behind your ear is probably an enlarged lymph node.
there are 2 possibilitires.
1) infection in the middle portion of your ear.
2) infection of the ear canal.
do not worry , with the proper medication the infection will settle easily.
see an ENT specialist.
