CHEMICAL EXAMINATION Fructose : Positive PH : 7.5 MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION Sperm Count : The number of spermatozoa per ml : 0.1 Millions. Total number of sperms per ejaculate : 0.3 Millions. Hello This is severe oligo asthenospermia. The sperm count is very low. Causes could be varicocele, pyospermia or hormonal disturbance. the test should be repeated after 2 weeks to rule out any error. There should be a colour doppler of the scrotum and serum FSH to decide what further can be done. Culture and sensitivity to be done if there are pus cells. DR SAATIISH JHUNTRRAA
