What Is The Impression From Uterus Ultra Sound?

Single live foetus seen in uterus in changing lie. Foetal viability is confirmed by M - mode study. Somatic movement are adequate. Placenta placed in posterior. Placental maturity grade - I Lower margin of placenta is well away from internal Os. Liquor volume is adequate. No obvious congenital anomaly is noted as far as traceable.

Ultrasound findings are absolutely normal.
There is a single intrauterine live fetus which is changing its position continuously due to early gestational age.
Placenta is situated in posterior region of the uterus.It is good that placenta is away from the internal os.
Liqour amount is also adequate.
There is no congenital anomaly noted.
