Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

The ultrasound report says the following
1. There is a single baby within the uterus with its head downwards.
2. Age of the baby is 22 weeks 3 days by measurements using ultrasound.
3. The placenta is anterior and maturity is grade I.
4. Gender of the baby is female. Please note that gender disclosure is illegal in some countries and you might be living in a country where it is allowed to disclose the gender on ultrasound scan.
