What Is The Ideal Time Frame To For Home Pregnancy Test To Be Accurate?

Me and my boyfriend are trying for a child . the beginning of my last period was Sep.29 an It Ended Oct. 6 we ve Had Sex On The 9,10,11,12,13 Of October And then again from the 24 until today Oct.29 . I was supposed to get my period today but I didn t jus in the afternoon I began to feel nauseous an slight cramping in my stomach . but on the 15 an 18 I took a home pregnancy test an it was negative I even had blood tooken an it was negative . I took a pregnancy test as soon as I woke up this morning an still negative. Could I Have Been Testing To Early ?Could I be pregnant ?

I understand your query.
Home pregnancy test should be done as follows-
- Ideal time for sure result is any time after a week of delayed period.
( lab test is possible earlier, i.e. around the expected menses day.)
- Urine sample should be collected without contamination- collect midstream sample in boiled clean container. The sample can be collected at any time of the day but the testing must be done earliest/immediately.
- IN case first result is -ve /faint +ve, it can be repeated once more after one week gap-to be sure of the result.
In your case you were very early to test on (15th/18th). Even today it was _ve ,so more chances of no conception.you can repeat it after one week- never mind even if it turns out to be -ve, you will get it next time.
