I am a 43year old man and a diabetic for the past 8 years.I am not on any medications and my blood sugar is under control.I just wanted to know from you Sir that what is the ideal Multivitamin supplement for me.

If you are healthy with no complications of Diabetes and eating a healthy diet then there is no need for any multivitamin supplement.

If you still insists then you can take a supplement which includes B Complex vitamins , Zinc , Alfa lipioc acid , Ginseng extract , Vitamin D3,
