What Is The Ideal Blood Pressure During Pregnancy?

My blood pressure is 140/82 and I am 26 years old. I had severe pre-eclampsia with my first daughter 11 months ago (she was born premature and growth restricted) and I was wondering what would be an ideal blood pressure for me before I try for a second baby

Hii

I admire your positive outlook.

There is nothing like ideal blood pressure.

Your blood pressure is in normal limit, but this is not important.

Blood pressure during pregnancy and at the time of dilevary is more important.

For this you have to stick to gynecologist and do regular check up
maintain stick diet plan and Hope for the best.
Thank you.
Take care.
