What Is The Huge And Painful Pimple Near My Mustache Area?

Hi, my name is Ahmed and i am 17 years old. I recently developed a huge and painful pimple near my mustache area. It is just beneath the side of my nose. It has been there for 4 days now. How can I stop the pain and make the pimple less visible. Thank you.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
You might have developed furuncle.
These are deep bacterial infections.
Treatment is with antibiotics.
For pain take pain killer like combiflam.
Apply ointment mupirocine.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis and treatment as it is a dangerous area with chance of spread of infection to brain.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
you can ask a direct question to me on this forum, following the below link.
