What Is The Hard Bone Knot On Collar Bone Along With Continuous Fever?

I have two enlarged lymph nodes in my neck that have been there for 10 months and I have recently discovered a bone hard knot less than an inch below my right collar bone that is 1 inch in size and there isnt one under my left collar bone I have also run a fever between 99.5 & 100.0 at night only for five weeks should I be concerned and what about please help dont have insurance to go to dr unless nessassary. Thank you.

Hi
long standing lymphnodes in neck are usually sign of chronic infection like TB, or drainage from malignancy, but your symptoms of fever suggest that you also have not got acute infection, Please do not take it lightly, a biopsy of your nodes and the swelling is a must to come to a diagnosis.
Take care and get early investigations
