the basic management of an MI goes as follows -check responsiveness- GCS scale -check airway -Check breathing -Check circulation- if they have gone into cardiac arrest then initiate basic life support If they're ok in the above move onto MONA -morphine IV - Oxygen 100% -Nitrates- gtn -Aspirin Investigations would include repeat ECGs, chest xray, cardiac enzyme markers Further potential treatment is thrombylisis if the patient qualifies
