What Is The Expected WBC Count For A Year Old ?

1 year old daughter went for annual checkup and they wouldn t give her shots due to 25K WBC. Doctor said she may be fighting something and to come back in 10 days so they can check again and hopefully give shots. She has nto been sick, but has been in pain from her first 2 teeth starting to break through the gums. Is this a count we should be concerend with?
