Hi welcome to the health care magic

The rapid heart beats and dizziness should be of concern and you are advised to rule out any cardiac cause if present like arrhythmia or ectopic beats ..
For that work up done as follow...
-Auscultation
-Tread mill
-EKG
-2D ECHO if needed

If no cardiac cause present investigate with HB estimation to rule out anemia

If still no cause identified than it can be believed as to be due to anxiety induced....

Take care

Consult physician for examination with keeping all this in mind
