What Is The Effect Of Removing Polyp?
My daughter is 23 she had tonsils removed approx 3 weeks ago. When she went back to see the dr. he said he removed a polyp that had hpv in it. He want her to come back every 6 months what does all this mean? Is there anything else we should be doing?

With your query, if it is HPV it is not polyp it might be a wart if it us so probl with these warts is they recur which could be the reason your doctor had asked to come fir regular check up for every six mobths. Proper removal of thud from base including little normal tissue may result in preventing its recurrence.Hope this information is useful
