What Is The Effect Of Pin-x Medicine On The Unborn Fetus?

My daughter and I used a medicine called pin-x to treat pinworms I was 5 months pregnant at the time and 3 weeks later I lost my baby. The medicine was the only thing I did differently through my whole pregnancy. is it possible the medicine is what caused my unborn baby's heart to stop?

I Antiworm drugs like Pinx are category C pregnancy drugs -these are to be avoided in pregnancy., unless it's a must for mother's health. It's exact mode of action is unknown ,but it might have caused an abortion.
