I appreciate your concern and asking on health care magic.
1. The common side effects of addwize (methylphenidate) include irritability, reduced appetite and sleep disturbance. The side effects of Frext (fluvoxamine) include nausea, bloating, dyspepsia and sometimes restlessness. It can sometimes lead to lowered sodium levels in the elderly, seizure and stiffness in muscles but these are rare effects. The duration of treatment is generally in months to years and you need to discuss with your treating doctor. I hope you find it helpful.
