Please suggest how to fix the correct dosage
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. You are having hypothyroidism. Once on treatment, your TSH has to be below 4 miu/ml. Thyroxine is a replacement treatment and the dose is determined by TSH estimation. I suggest you to retest after 2 months. If TSH is between 0.5 and 4, your thyroxine dose is ok and you have to continue with same dose of thyroxine.
If TSH is above or below the target, you have to consult a physician who will increase or decrease the thyroxine dose till the target is achieved.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
