What Is The Dosage Of Cremaffin To Avoid Constipation?

I am 47 years, I am sufffering from constipation . it is very hard yo pass the stool. my doctor suggested me to take cremaffin . but he did not telll about the doses pls advise me how many times in a day I can take it and after meal or empty stomach or after breakfat in the morning. While using cremaffin , can I use isabgol at bed time.

drink more water and take fiber rich food. can take isof gul soaked in water at bed time.it can be husk of isofgul soaked in water. avoid fast food. and oily preparation. take more vegetables and fresh fruits.
