What Is The Dosage For Ova Mit?

Hi, my doctor prescribed ova mit as I am trying for a baby. Should I take one or two pills per day? I lost the prescription and can't get my gyn on the phone right now, as I am supposed to take the next pill tonight. Just to add I am 28 , my partner is 45 and we have been trying for 2-3 months to get pregnant.
The instructions say one at first and then two if not successful, the pharmacist said 2, and I am confused.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Female infertility-Oral, 50 mg a day for five days, starting on the fifth day of the menstrual cycle if bleeding occurs or at any time if the patient has had no recent uterine bleeding. If ovulation without conception occurs, this cycle is repeated until conception or for three or four cycles . A smaller dose or shorter duration may be necessary for individuals unusually sensitive to clomiphene, such as women with polycystic ovary sydrome. If ovulation does not occur, the dose is increased to 75 to 100 mg a day for five days (the next course beginning as early as thirty days after the previous course), repeated if ovulation without conception occurs. Rarely, patients require up to 250 mg a day to induce ovulation.
