What Is The Difference Between The Symptoms Of Collagenous Colitis And GAD?

After a colonoscopy was diagnosed w/ collagenous colitis treated w/collestyramine then six yrs later told by specialist not colitis thinks maybe GAD. treating w/align some slight imprvmt have added back colestyramine even better but still not safe to go out especially reaction in a grocery store can you make any addl suggestions so I can get my life back. Very house bound
