Mecofol and mecobol are both same in content but from different companies.As for the content both are same and they are tablets of methylcobalamine (vitamin B12).They are used as nerve tonic as they help repair the damaged nerve and reduce pain in cases of slip disc;diabetic neuropathy;and even as a vitamin.
