Welcome to HCM forum
You got abdominal pain and backache after having food. Most likely it's a gastritis but don't ignore pancreatitis. So consult some gastroenterologist and do OGDSCOPY for proper diagnosis. Continue your tablets.
Thank you

General & Family Physician Dr. Padma Saikia's  Response
Hi,Welcome to HCM.

Gastritis will just have abdominal pain or burning sensation, fullness in abdomen etc, but gastroenteritis will have vomiting associated with loose stools with or without abdominal pain etc.Your problem looks like gastritis, so the medications prescribed to you is good and go head with it. Avoid spicy, oily and fried food.Take plenty of water.

Hope i answered your query.
