What is your Height, Weight, Age and Gender? Avoid Junk and Processed Foods. Eat foods which are known to slow or inhibit the growth of Cadida and Build up your Immune system. For Eg: Green leafy Vegetables (including plenty of raw garlic), Protein rich foods like eggs, Milk, Chicken, Fish, Lentils, Yogurt, nuts, seeds, Fresh fruits and Plenty of water.
Exercise regularly and get adequate rest. Avoid
stress.
