What Is The Diagnosis Of Rapid Eye Movement With Shortness Of Breath, Bloating And Ocular Flutter?

Hi - all started when my husband noticed i had rapid eye movement. I went to a neurologist, who diagnosed that I have an occular flutter, they ran test and determined I was testing postive for striated muscle antibody, west nile, IGG tested positive but negative on the IGM and have splenomegaly -enlarge spleen(15.3cm) and liver. My biggest complain is that I am exhausted, have shortness of breath, have unexplained weight gain, my stomach is huge with discomfort on my upper left side under the rib cage. My GI asked me to see a hematologist which I have an appointment for in two weeks. I have low platets, 124. I have been tested for lupus, negative- not for leukemia. I wonder if I have ascites? I had a petscan done, which was negative, they found unspecific splenomegaly. My neurologist was looking for an occult cancer, because of the occular flutter. This has been a grueling 4 mos- testing and being health advocate to find out what is causing the occular flutter and bloating, and splenomegaly. Any input would be great.
