What is your diagnosis if my chest X ray indicates that there are:
1. " hazy opacities seen in my paracardiac area; and

2. :the visualized soft tissues and osseous structures are unremarkable"?

Thanks for writing to HCM

Chest X-ray report shows there are hazy opacities seen in Para cardiac region i,e areas adjoining cardiac shadow.
These opacities may be due to infection(Pneumonitis).
You need antibiotics for infection and you should consult your physician.
Other structures like soft tissue and bony structures are normal.
