What Is The Diagnosis If Having Pain In Legs, Thigh Which Hurts To Walk, Stand?

I have been off work for almost 6 months now with weaknes in both legs and thigh pain. This this had become worst when im in bed or sitting down position. My finger joints can be painful too especialy if i try to make a grip. Finaly from waking up in the morning i cannot get out of bed without any pain. Both my feet become so heavy with severe pain when i try to stand or walk, as though i have sand or cement in them. I have been under a fantastic rhuematology team at my local hospital which carried out numerous amount of test and m.r.i scan with hasn't shown any real causes. I have now reach the point where im so scared of just waking up in the mornings and having to go through the intense pain each day. I also feel as though im loosing my ballance but at times when im stood still or walking. Please could you tell me if there is any other person out there that have simular symptoms as myself and if so? Is there a medical term use for this condition and most importantly is there any positive or successful treatment. Thank you miss phillips .

Hello & Welcome to HCM,

I had gone through the case and found that all symptoms are related with Rheumatoid arthritis with sero positive or negative.

First go for some investigation-

Complete Hemogram.

ESR.

Thyroid Profile.

RA factor.

CRP.

Liver and Kidney function test.

Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3.

After getting the diagnosis take medicine . Meanwhile start the calcium.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks,
