Hi,
Going through your blood report, I would need additional things to confirm if you have any other things. All these depend on the hemoglobin level - whether is it within normal limits.
Rbc count is moderately raised and it should be more than 6.5 to be considered abnormal.
MCH is mildy on the lower side, alone it does not say much. If MCV is also low, it would indicate microcytic hypochromic anemia, probably secondary to iron defeciency. If Hemoglobin and MCV is low, iron therapy might be needed.
Monocyte percentage appears to be bit high. It usually indicates chronic infections. If associated lymphocyte count is increased, it should be worried about. Alone it does not have much meaning. If further doubtful, a peripheral smear study would have also been done and if it indicates monocytosis and lymphocytosis, then chronic infection can be suspected.

From the report, I do not think you have any problem. You need to take care of your blood pressure and taking regular medication and life style modifications like low salt intake and stress management.

If you have any further queries, happy to help.
