General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. This is definitely a case of liver abscess with sever infection as indicated by the increases counts.
The diabetes needs to be well controlled and is better to be kept on injection of insulin.
The abscess needs to aspirated as a diagnostic test as well as to subject he pus for grain staining and culture & sensitivity reports.
