What Is The Cure For Spreading Lesions On Vagina, Stomach And Neck?

Hi im a 18 yr old female african american I just moved from las vegas to California and I started getting these lesions on my torso around my vagina not necessarily on it, the things started to spread up my stomach to my breast than back and one on my neck they go away they dont puss but they have like dead skin and they shed and when its done shedding it leaves a dark mark on my skin the ones that are just now growing on my arms and legs look like little bitty bumps clumped together they are red and im dark skinned so how is this happening theres barely any itching sometimes no itching at all they looked like ring worms but i did research and they say they are harnalds patches I read things on google because I dont have health insurance but google usually helps me be able to be my own doctor. Im wondering what I can do to get them to go away faster without leaving marks on my body and plus I am really quite not sure if I am right about what I have is it really necessary to go to a doctor??

Hi,

As per your query it appears that you are continuously suffering from fungal infection at described region. It is a recurrent type of fungal infection which is occurring again and again.

More commonly it affects the areas which are more prone for sweating or moist areas (as in your case). More specifically these are related to the hygiene and environmental factors along with certain systemic complaints as in hormonal problem such as diabetes.

You can apply latest anti-fungal creams such as "Sertaconazole" or "clotrimazole " and take anti-fungal tablets according to medical advise.

You can take oral anti histamine like loratadine or levocetrizine two times a day under medial advise if ther is moderate to severe itching is present.

Take care.
