Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Your symptoms may be related to low blood pressure (orthostatic hypotension) or intracranial hypotension.

I recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure during sitting and standing up position. A decrease in your systolic blood pressure more than 20mmHg in standing up position, compared to sitting position, would be indicative for orthostatic hypotension.

Some blood lab tests (complete blood count, inflammation tests, blood electrolytes, fasting glucose) would help exclude other secondary causes like chronic anemia, etc.

If your blood pressure is normal, I recommend consulting with a neurologist for a careful physical examination and a brain MRI.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes,
Dr. Aida
