Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your history and description, I would consider the diagnosis of multiple sebaceous cysts or steatocystoma multiplex. Both are types of cyst and present as painless, pimple-like yellowish red bumps on the scrotum.
Please consult a good dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
The treatment in either case will be excision (removal) of the cysts.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
