What Is The Cure For Cold, Runny Nose And Watery Eyes Of A 8 Month Baby?

i my 8 month old twins are sufferng from severe cold . they had running nose and watery eyes. as per dr advice given them timinic. also giving them nasoclear for decongesion of nose. though the running nose has cured but thete has been a lot of mucus formation. please suggest

Continue saline nasal drops as usual.
Continue breastfeeding as far as practicable.
