Hi, You seem to be suffering from acid peptic disease. Burning sensation in upper abdomen is most commonly due to gastritis or peptic ulcer formation. Kindly avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid late night meals.Take lots of fluida. You can take H2 antagonists like Ranitidine or Proton Pump Inhibitors like Omeprazole for 2 to 4 weeks alongwith antacid syrup for symptom relief. In case symptoms persist , then you might need evualation in form of UGI Endoscopy, ECG , US abdomen and Liver Function Tests. Hope it helps.
