There are few things you will have to do like if you have any addiction like tobacco;smoking you have to stop it completely;eat healthy diet and also take antioxidants which will help you.The better option is to consult a Andrologist/Uro.ogist and get examined and treated by him.Once the treatment is over you have to repeat semen analysis by keeping 7 days abstinence and see if there is any difference.So consult an Andrologist immediately.
