if fungal infection is confirmed then go for,
Tab fluconozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Apply multifungin cream locally.
Take antihistamine if itching is there.

hi welcome to HCM. most common causes are taking strong antibiotics for a long period of time,weakened immune systems are also at risk of developing fungal infections. This is the case of people with HIV/AIDS, people under steroid treatments, and people taking chemotherapy. People with diabetes also tend to develop fungal infections.before applying anything you take dermatologist opinion.
