What Is The Crust Like Sticky Substance Coming Out Of My Penis?
I am 16 years old and I have on the top of my penis where my penis head connects to my shaft by the foreskin a crustlike sticking out of it. I have two on each side. I pulled out one of the crustlike and appeared was a hole. On the otherside the crustlike hasnt been pulled out. I don't know what to do. I am afraid to pull it out because it may need to be there.
