What Is The Core Reason For Cancer?

Respected doctor,I am a research student doing nanotechnology in cancer treatment in VIT vellore.I want to know what is the core reason for cancer ie due to genetic or else.What are the medicine and their effect in cancer.Parameters affecting cancerous growth?

Cancer is uncontrolled cell growth in any part of body.
When normal cells grow without control, without any inhibition, than it is considered as malignant growth.
Causes for cancer are many like unavoidable factors and avoidable factors.
Unavoidable factors include family history, genetic make up of body, age, sex etc.
Avoidable factors like smoking, chemical exposure, radiation, pollution, dietary food habits, excessive sun exposure etc.
Treatment depends on involved organ and stage of cancer.
If detected early than surgical removal of cancer is the best option for almost all cancer.
If detected late than palliative chemotherapy and radiotherapy are treatment options.
