i am 31 year old male. have a habit of drinking and smoking, esterday i gone for a medical chek up n the result shows uric acid 8.4...SGPT 158...SGOT61. And on my abdominal scan says Hepatomegaly with fatty liver and Splenomegaly...what is the condition of my helth?...what shoud i do next to get in to the normal condition? please help

Hello,
In my opinion first of all get rid off drinking as your AST & ALT ( sgot,sgpt),level are high .
Hepatomegaly , enlargement of liver is an another indication that you may have Fatty infiltration of liver .
As spleen is also enlargement so other blood tests also required.
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion as early as possible as this is a cause of concern.
