I had for 3 days white ordorless discharge and felt like it was my period every time I checked. I got my period a few days late but it's not normal for me, it's chunky more than anything. I had a lot of bad lower abdominal and lower back cramps through out the week. What could be happening to me I thought it was a sign of pregnancy first but now I'm confused.
Hi and welcome to HCM forum. Odourless white vaginal discharge also known as Leucorrhoea, is a common symptom more so in a lady who has had babies (parous women). In case you do not have any babies, an excessive white discharge may also be due to sexual excitement, some ladies experience it during foreplay, it is akin to salivation prior to eating. However if it is accompanied by cramps and backache, the possibility of cervicitis or uterine pathology must be ruled out. Do consult your gynaec, she may advise for HVS(high vaginal swab) culture or Pap smear. Excessive discharge also does occur in pregnancy but then there would be missed periods and other features of pregnancy.
