hello. Welcome to HCM.
What you are facing is a common problem these days. Most of the people end up being hours in front o f computer and then have various forms and combinations of tiredness and vision syndromes. The better side of the story is you have a lot more options like yoga, mediation and work from home which you can use to suit your purpose. It is important to take at least a day off for complete relaxation and care for self. Take at least 7-8 hours of good sleep everyday. Even vegetarians will have healthy body with appropriate balanced diet including lots of fruits. Multivitamin capsules daily will be good. It will be helpful if you go in for some health check up package.
take care.
