What Is The Cause Of Vomiting?

I have had been sick every night for over a year. I feel sick through out the day but am not physically sick until after my evening meal when my stomach becomes hard an painfull. Stools vary, sometimes loose other times constipated. Have had blood test, xrays, ct scans but nothing all negative. I alsdo feel so tired all of the time

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of being sick in the night daily for over a year, feel sick throughout the day but physically not sick until after evening meal when the stomach becomes hard and painful, stools vary sometimes loose and constipated at other times. Blood tests, X-rays, CT scans negative.
With the history you have provided, if all the tests are normal then the most probable diagnosis can be IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome.
Also get additional investigations of stool, colonoscopy and urine.
If this is IBS I would advise you the following:
Get control of the stress and/or anxiety as this is the basic cause of IBS.
Take Probiotics, PPI and symptomatic treatment.
The occurrence at evening after meals indicate the same as by this time the stress and anxiety get over the mind as you become free from the daily chores.
If any of the investigations show the positive findings, get treated accordingly.
Also find the factors, foods and beverages that cause such problems and to avoid them at any cost.
