What Is The Cause Of Vomiting And Blood In Vomitus While Suffering From Meniere’s Disease?
My friend is throwing up and there is blood in it. He has meniere s and gets bouts of vertigo that make him throw up. He s tried motion sickness drugs, allergy shots, massages....lots of things but it seems to be getting worse. The biggest concern right now is that there is a small amount of blood in the throw up.

Meniere's disease itself does not cause hematemesis. It may be due to acute gastritis or peptic ulcer disease or mucosal tear due to retching.
Use tablet Pantoprazole. Avoid drinking cool drinks and ice cold water. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.
Use tablet HCT. If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
