What Is The Cause Of Vaginal Bleeding?

Hi I have slip disc on my L5 lumbar last November , it never go away even after acupuncture and physiotherapy. Now it got so bad sometimes I will have foot drop, took lyrica went to sleep woke up again I m in pain. Now worst, the pain comes follow by some really red vaginal bleeding . What does this means?
