The bleeding you had was perhaps due to some occasional hormonal imbalance which subsided on its own. You can still continue Fefol as it is an iron supplement. You do not need the other one, Ethamsylate as the bleeding got arrested. Please maintain genital hygiene, a healthy diet and a healthy body weight.
