I am 36 weeks pregnant, I ve been drinking only water... I m having dizziness, nausea, legs swollen, seeing spots, shakes, pain under my right ribs and hot flashes.... Any idea what this could be or what I should do... It happens no matter if I m sitting or standing or laying down, and I feel super weak

Hello ma'am and welcome.

By drinking only water, did you mean you have been taking your meals as usual and drinking a lot of water or just drinking a lot of water. Your symptoms can be related to a hormonal change that is common with pregnancy, but hypoglycemia needs to be ruled out due to the suspicion of a poor intake.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
