Hi,

I am getting an impression that you have allergic rhinitis with deviated nasal septum. Get your a CT (pns) done to know what is condition of nose and sinuses, if is beginning stage it can be managed conservatively with medications, else surgery will be required.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
