What Is The Cause Of Stomach Pain?

Yesterday i felt pain in my lower stomach it come and goes... then when i peed i wiped and saw a light pink spot of blood... i know its not my menstrual because it came on on the 5th... i also been having sharp back pains when i laugh earlier this week i have been vomiting alot with nausea but when i tooka pregnacy test it came up negative, .... could you help me fifigure our whats wrong with me what do u think it could be

You have problem of blood in urine and back pain problem that may be because of kidney infection problems.

Urine test and microscopic examination is helpful for diagnose.
Proper physical examination and history give exact idea.
Ultra sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.

Consent a nephrologist for further diagnosis..
