General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
thanks for using health care magic

Shaking, fever are all symptoms indicative of release of prostaglandins in to the circulation. this could be caused more commonly by infections; bacterial, viral, parasitic (malaria) etc. Cancers are also known to destroy immune system and expose an individual to infections or due to high metabolic activity, cancers can also generate heat in the bodies of affected individuals.

In my opinion, it is imperative to meet a doctor and get screened for infectious causes and to rule out advancement of cancer.

Best regards
