Hi Dr. Grief, I woke up two days ago with three raised red spots on my right side of my face. Yesterday evening I had more on my left side of my face and chin. I just got over a cold but have only taken some Tylenol and Advil cold and sinus but that was a few days ago. Not sure where this rash is coming from. I still have it today but it has not spread any further. Please advise.
